How can you just add stuff to my account!

I recently placed an add with google adwords and I chose my own clicks etc. as I know what people usually will search for when looking for our product. Everything has been running fine until we suddenly got double debited for TWO adds placed and I have been receiving calls for products we DO NOT manufacture!! This means that google has once again (they did this last time we advertised through them and that was why I cancelled the first time) I have a small business and I set a budget that we could afford! I am now unable to pay for a clients delivery as google has taken the money with their double debit on TWO ADDS!!!!

I have now cancelled again ( over 48 hours ago, I cancelled) and today I have received more calls for products NOT manufactured by us! which means that google has not even cancelled the add they have decided to run.
