GoogleMaps Inappropriate Reviews - No one to assist at Google

Google products are good but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

The Company I work for received an inappropriate comment via GoogleMaps (****** and political remarks which are COMPLETELY fabricated). All links indicate that the only way to get this removed is to flag it as inappropriate and Google will review it - it has been flagged for over 3 weeks now and nothing has happened.

This comment not only damages our brand but incites discriminatory undertones.

Don't even try contacting Google in the US or South Africa as you get a voice recording and cant speak to anyone when selecting any of the options available, you are merely reverted to support / community pages which don't help either. You are then cut off with a "thank you for calling".

Does Google have anyone able to assist?
