Google Support is useless

Google gift cards and the support center is more trouble then worth.

Second time I got a Google Play gift card. Both times when I try to redeem the card I get a "The code can only be used in South Africa" error. The first time took about a month to get the card loaded. Still waiting for the 2nd one to be loaded.

I'm in South Africa, got the gift card from the shop down the street in South Africa. Try to redeem the gift card from my PC and my phone in South Africa on my Google account with South Africa region.

When you contact Google support : 1) First agent responds that they do not support South Africa and pass you on to the South African agent. 2) South African agent checks and sees that every thing is South Africa and tells you to go fill in a claims form on a website. 3) Get an email from *** for additional information (Why didn't they ask that info on the claims form ?). As you can see the email address contains "NoReply", so where must the info be send ? It does not matter if you supp**** a text file with all the info in the claim form, you still get the same response.

They did not give me any feedback about what was wrong the first time so that I could fix it.

They are worse then Microsoft support !
