Google play

<p>I have made 4 purchases on my Google play account but have not received what I purchased or got refunded... the game I play is angry birds pop... I haven't received the coins... I have done as directed when entering my accounts but they just refuse to pay it back.. also it keeps saying can't connect to Internet but it can watch a clip for an reward... this doesn't make sense.. and it opens up to make a purchase... money went off but no service..very disappointed </p>
