Google Not So Great Service.

Tho whom it may concern.<br> <br> I bought a Nexus 5 and imported it to South Africa, its a great phone but when it breaks you can't just send it back , I have had problems with my charger and screen, but when I phoned the UK where I bought it, they weren't very happy to help me. <br> <br> Why is the Nexus range not available in South Africa as there is a big market here for cheaper flag ship phones.<br> <br> Wish I could buy the Nexus 6 but this will be to expensive to replace if something goes wrong.<br> <br> Hope Google will help me, and that I may experience a bit of that great Google customer service you hear about but never experience for yourself
