Google Messages APP

Good day,

I am using a Huawei P30 Lite with the standard Google Messages App installed, after the December 2019 update from the Google Play Store, it will not display some of my contacts name in the Messages App where I received messaged from, especially the ones from my Bank and Mobile Service Provider and there numbers are saved on my phone. If I uninstall the update then there Names will display again. I send several emails to you during this week and logged the complaint on the app with no fix to the APP or a reply from you. Will this just be left like this or will something be done about it.
