Google hates customers

Google is quick to put their name onto their Nexus range of products, but should one of those products fail, you're on your own. Google wants nothing to do with you. They don't even provide contact information for complaints and queries.<br> <br> Add to that, their products are made by irresponsible, low grade manufacturers who don't take service seriously.<br> <br> You're better off with a product backed by a company that puts its customer's happiness first.
