Google has no representitive for critical issues

Google has no representitives for critical issues. I have been struggling for almost a year to log into my email account. Google has only links with computers and no representitives. This is the problem with global emails. I have lost all my emails due to google not supplying customers with representative contact details. This really bad for such a big company
