Google G Suite Disaster and ****

I signed up and paid for a Business (Per year billing) G Suite account. If I try to log into my G Suite account is says your account has been deleted, I did NOT delete my account. I can't get hold of any support from the G Suite team or any other Google department. The only way to get into the G Suite site is to sign up and pay again?! This is not going to happen as I have already paid for this! How and where can I get any usable information and help as I have paid quite a bit of money to get this set up.
