Google doesn’t want to talk to customers

I actually wouldn’t even give them 1 Star. We have a ***** case involving a primary school and school fees. We have police case numbers and we have an independent forensic report. The links to report this go into the blue yonder. So I went and to the Google offices in Sandton out of desperation. And guess what, they don’t see customers. I must email the States. Tried that. No luck. So now what? Subpoena?
