Gmail hacked and no help to restore

I have a major issue with support for Google platforms. Used prolifically my many yet support seems non existent if needed urgently. My gmail has been hacked , so much so I cannot I’m get into recovery protocol. I and am IT specialist have tried everything , all the forums and advice on how to restore tour account but we keep getting blocked. From there we have nothing , no help line nothing. We have tried and re trying to contact a human ( anywhere in Google ) to assist. This seems impossible. Surely hacking and identity ***** should be taken seriously ? My other accounts have already been restored. #anyoneatgoogle ?!!!
