EXTREMELY POOR OR NON-EXISTENT SERVICE!!!!!

I'm now currently on my 3rd Samsung Android phone. I've never had any trouble with Google and I've always been extremely impressed with the service and the excellent apps. I don't know what happened. On Friday night when I went to bed everything was ok and working fine. On Saturday morning when I woke up I realised that my phone had switched off during the night because the battery was flat. But after charging the phone and switching it back on, I realised that none of my Google apps are working. I switched the phone off and on again. I tried rebooting my phone a couple of times, STILL NOTHING!!!!! I even went as far as resetting my password, BUT STILL NOTHING!!!! My phone keeps telling me that there's Account Action Required. RIGHT NOW I AM EXTREMELY ANNOYED AND DISAPPOINTED, DISPLEASED AND IRRITATED WITH GOOGLE, COS I CAN'T ACCESS NOTHING!!!!! WITH ALL OF THEIR SECURITY MEASURES IN PLACE THE OWNER OF THE ACCOUNT CAN'T LOG OR SIGN BACK IN TO HIS OR HER OWN ACCOUNT!!!!! THEY DON'T HAVE ANYWHERE ON ANY OF THEY'RE APPS WHERE 1 CAN LODGE A COMPLAINT OR ASK FOR ASSISTANCE!!!!! THAT'S VERY VERY VERY BAD!!!!!
