DISABLED GMAIL ACCOUNT

My Google drive sent a spam email to my whole emailing list, Google notified me of this.<br> The next thing I know, my whole Gmail account has been disabled.<br> I completed the form to activate my account again, its been two days now and the only thing I got is that my appeal is in process and I must wait patiently.<br> All my Android apps are working with my Gmail account & I have important information to get off my account and there is no service to sort this out promptly.<br> Not very happy that they just disabled my account without warning & now taking forever to sort it out.
