Terrible service from rude and unhelpful staff. Very disgruntled customer.

I opened a Google account in December, and I started my site and I was very excited. Soon after that I had to be hospitalized for a month and a half so I couldn't use my adwords coupon allocated to me, which promised after I spend a certain amount of money I would receive a coupon. I have now been trying for 3 weeks to try redeem a new coupon number and the call centre keeps on telling me it's a marketing issue, and they have no direct line to marketing. Ons of the agents ( I am on the line with them as I am typing this) has been putting me on hold for 55 minutes and counting.

No-one there is capable of helping me. This is absolute ******* from a big company who's service staff are completely incapable of resolving any queries.

I find Googles service appalling. From the *********** switchboard operator who didn't even listen to what I wanted, to the *********** call centre staff.
