No response, No customer service!

Non existant customer service! 2 years ago, right before Christmas (our bussiest time of the year) Google showed that my business no longer existed, because we had moved and so a customer suggested that we no longer existed. This was changed by Google, losing us business. Now again, Google shows that we are "located in" our previous adress (shopping mall). After suggesting edits and emailing Google support, my customers are STILL BEING DIRECTED TO INCORRECT ADDRESS! WE ARE NO LONGER "LOCATED IN" THE SHOPPING MALL! No response from one of the worlds biggest companies? It's probably only the South African Google which is no LAME!
