My information at risk !!!!!!!!!

MY GMAIL/GOOGLE Account was fully accessed after my cellphone was ******, the best they can do is keep asking me to sign into and account I CANNOT ACCESS!!! because everything was changed, I am unable to recover my cellphone number and has to create a new account, problem is ! my hacked account is still hacked and being used and impersonating myself,myself and my family feel unsafe due to the harassment towards myself and my family by the hacker impersonating myself!!!!!! I need the account recovered to me the rightful dam owner or deleted completely!!!!!!
