INEFFECTIVE CONTACT METHODS

Not impressed that I had to eventually spend 53mins resolving an adwords issue which was being EMAILED to me- but I could not reply to any emails. #BlackFriday also- my ads were stopped and restarted after 1 year without informing me- until i had a massive bill that needed to be paid on an "inactive" account. The call center agents don't seem to be SA based either
