GOOGLE''S 3- 5 WORKING DAYS IS EQUAL TO MORE THAN ONE AND HALF YEAR OF WAITING!!!

Today I am again painfully reminded of the more than one-and-a-half-year wait that I have been subjected to by google gmail after they promised to come back to me within 3 - 5 working days, a year and half ago!!! Throughout that long year and a half of inconvenience, I have been, more than once, put through a verification process and I know I passed it but they never came back to me!!!
