GoogleMaps miss the destination

Everybody would agree Google Maps is the first GPS of choice when it comes to navigating the vast South African landscape. There are people like me who add information to your database which never existed on GMaps, sometimes taking up to five requests before Google effect changes. In a couple of instances I have given up on Google: for instances, information about many locations in rural areas is horribly inaccurate. The frustration comes when you contact Google to correct information, even about your birthplace, but they will never reply when they doubt your Correction. Google Maps is one way communication. The most ridiculous is when you want to add a location that happens to be in the rural areas. They'll ask you to describe the new location's street address and provide a drop down menu for you to choose. But the area is a farm in a rural area with no street names. And there are people living there and someone may want to visit them. The impression created is Google Maps is meant for city dwellers. Even there, streets change names in cities but Google Maps fail to interact when information is provided about changes. Google Maps has the potential to be the best, but their attitude towards their clients does not help their cause.
