Google unauthorized debit

Hi I have had a unauthorized debit on account and after plenty queries about this they responded with a **** statement saying family or friends. And I have informed them that there was no family or friends that have access to my laptop or phone. This query have be brought to my attention in 2019. I would like a deeper investigation regards my query. Thanks.
