Google storage

I have been getting emails saying my google account the storage is full I must clean up the space or upgrade,I upgraded to 200gb and I was billed for it but the storage was not credited to me,every day I get the email saying I must clean up which don’t make sense because I was billed for 200gb and there’s no way to contact them since I am ending up coming here.
