Google stole my money

I opened a Google adwords account hoping that i will run ads to get more leads for my business. After I calculated the costs it was not affordable at time to do that so i just left it as it is.

On the 15 of May i was debited with R600+ and when i called them i was told that someone ran the ads on my behalf. I was told that I should "figure it out myself" as they can see that the ads where ran on the account. Even the website that is attached on the account is not mine. infact i dont have any website.

This query has coursed me major headaches because as much as R600 is not a lot for google, it makes a big difference in my budget.

Your lack of customer services to deal with query alarms me. Now i must just cross my fingers and hope it does not happen again because i asked for them to close the account and they don't want to do that either.
