Google South Africa: Google Play Developer Console Verifcation Issue

The level of incompetence, unprofessionalism, racial profiling and xenophobic is quite distrubing. I signed up for google play console for developers since 2020, paid and create my profile, was asked to verify myself. I did sent my passport and every known documents that show I am infact who I said I am, my transaction recipt have my location, my name and address, verifying me should not be hard but till this day, almost 4 years later I am still yet to be verified by these unprofessional, biased google admin. Few days ago , I accosted them on why my acount cant be verified , they said they need my permit , I sent the permit and my passport data page but yet they cant still verify me and open my account so i show case my skills and publish my apps. it is just so frustrating and upsetting that as an African living in Africa continent I don't enjoy any human right as a human being, I have to be subjected to colonial style racially profilling and as well as xenophobia at the same time. It is shameful that honest foreign African have to live in South Africa like ********s and everything is made so unnesscesirily difficult while South Africans get royal style treatment when they travel esle where in Africa. I am sick and tired of been profiled by my race, gender and nationality, treated like I am no human. How hard is it for google to verify me on a personal google developer account since the past 4 years. It is a disgrace that google will hire people with biased, and discriminatory tendencies to their team and they lie to the world they are racially and ehnically inclusive. it is astounding how hatred, bias and xenophobia is destroying skills, people's lives and the economy in South Africa and the government never seems to care coz skilled foreigners like myself are either driven away out of frustration and stress over their hate of foreign Africa trying to live, integrate and contribute poisitively to South Africa.
