Google Play Service Failer

I made a purchase on google play music here is the receipt GPM.3 ********** -6 ********** 7 i paid twice and made two purchases of the same song which both went through but the songs were not delivered, to my shock i called the google office number in Bryanston which is listed under Google South Africa the number is ********** i spoke to a consultant who wanted to give me an international number and refered me to an international website i said i prefered speaking to someone who can look into my query so i suggested to speak to a manager then they called me back with this number ********** the gentleman was not interested in resolving my query or listening to my request instead he lambasted me for being assertive in my approach and dropped the call on me without resolving nor helping me with my query. As a client i have a right to complain for service failer what right does the company have to reprimand me when i am the one who lost money purchasing products on the Google platform my contact is ********** my email is **********
