Google gift card

Hi bought Google gift card at Game on 2019 /09/27, try use card report to Google and were told to go back to store active card, i didt that,. Now i try to redeem card doesnt work, i sent photos of card and slip what they require of me, multiple times ask Google about card they working on it.I pay in good faith for the card, store dont want to give back my money and Google just dont care.
