Google are *******

I am very displeased with the service I have received from Google. I purchased 2 x Google play gift cards for my kids as a Christmas gift. Google did not allow them to load it because of their age. They insisted I load it on my profile and then use. When the kids try to buy anything it comes off my credit card. I contacted Google and firstly their turn-around time is so frustrating. Secondly, they are not willing to assist. I mean it's Google for crying out loud!!!
