Gmail recovery

Hi I am writing this review on behalf of Andrew he had his phone ****** and got a new phone he tried to log in his Gmail account with new phone although he knew the password and email.address it still could not.log in he tried all.methods of recovering the Gmail account nothing worked now he has to create a new Gmail which is.disappointing
