Gmail hacked - nobody to contact to block it

My gmail account has been hacked and the password changed so there is nothing I can do to fix it. To my surprise, Google dont have any way of contacting them telephonically to immediately sort out the problem. Now the hacker can merrily go through all my personal emails and access personal information.
