********** activity from Google

So I logged a complaint on Google for unauthorised transaction purchased which I was charged +-R700 this month..... Instead of Google doing research to check which IMEI this games were purchased, they simply closed the case and responded that " We were unable to confirm ********** activity on the purchases. Often, these purchases were made by a family member or friend" .

How is this possible If I have my back card in my wallet on me and my phone is locked with my finger prints?

This is unacceptable and I demand a refund or else I'll open a Case at the police station for ********** activity on my Bank account!
