Broad day light ******* by Google Account

Google account keeps debiting my account over and over again, maybe 3 or 4 times a day though a successful payment/debit went off from my bank account more than 72 hours ago because I have moved funds from that account it keeps accumulating bank charges with each attempt. When I try to report there absolutely no way of sending communication about this when you try to cancel the subscriptions it forces me to enter a new payment method. What broad day light ******* is this Google account????
