Beware financial ****

On 2 November I reported a financial **** promoted on YouTube. On 3 November I informed Google that the same adverti*****t is still being promoted by YouTube. It's now 16 November and I've just seen the advert on another YouTube channel. Google owns YouTube and shouldn't permit this Does Google want the public to see it as an accomplice to crime?
