Great customer service and transparent infomation!

So, I recently wanted to purchase some specific Goodyear tyres for my car (Asymmetric 6), and went to shop around.

My tyre size is relatively uncommon and there isn't much stock at the moment.. Went through all of the usual suspect tyre shops - and man.. what a nightmare..! People pushing for a quick sale with the randomest of stuff and honestly not being very helpful.

I then decided to call Goodyear directly and to find out about their tyre availability in the country, instead of listening to any Tom **** & Harry snake-oil-salesman.

The person @ the customer centre couldn't answer my questions, but immediately asked for my location (Western Cape) and recommended me to speak to Brent, their Regional Sales Manager.

I contacted him directly and although he was travelling, he still checked internally about stock, availability, etc.

Unfortunately the tyre i was looking for is not produced in my size, but it was so good to finally get a clear, honest answer from the source.. He gave me alternative solutions (which unfortunately won't work for me), but without being pushy and always remained respectful.

What a breath of fresh air..!

I ran 2 different sets of Efficientgrip2 (amazing comfort and outstanding longevity) on my previous car and are the reason why I came back to Goodyear, but this time with sportier requirements.

Highly recommend their tyres and also commend their services and communication.
