Goodyear brand new tyres defect

I purchased a set of new Good Year tyres on the 3 August 2020 from TWT benoni. Ever since changing to these Good Year 205/55/16 Efficient grip Tyres I have had to go to the garage on a weekly basis to fill up air in my tyres. I launched a complaint with Goodyear and their rep Mr Josiah met me at TWT to try and assist me. After checking all 4 tyres (purchased new) for leaks he advised to remove the weights from the rim edge and use stick on weights. I did test the vehicle and to my dismay this did not solve the problem. I did send Mr Josiah an email stating that the problem of losing air was still there, but I have received no feedback from him. I then sent an email to Jade Jacobs also from Good Year but he also has also not responded to my problem. I am really frustrated as I have always put Good year tyres on my vehicles as I believed it was a good and reliable brand. I now have to fill up air once a week on all 4 tyres. Seems like a defected batch which Goodyear is failing to acknowledge.
