Don't buy Goodyear tires because you can not brake excessively without tread getting torn

I bought tires 6 months back,They were 7mm and now are 5.7mm ,i brake excessively because of an animal on the road and the treads came out and am told that it's their warranty doesn't cover torn tread when you brake excessive,My question is, You not suppose to brake excessively with NEW Goodyear tires? because if you do ,your treads would be torn and rib out.
