Brand new tyre torn after hours of fitting

I bought a run on flat tyre from a fitment centre and fitted it on the 4th of July and drove back to hotel room as I was on holiday the following day while driving back home my car notified me of a flat tyre I drove for about 30km then it was down had to get a breakdown then found out the tyre was torn. <br> I got a new tyre came back and went to Goodyear head office in JHB to complain then I was promised to get a new tyre by Eugene a sales manager I assume but he keeps on promising day after day and its been weeks. This tyre was meant to carry my car even after getting a flat as its a run on flat but it didn't and now I'm struggling to get my refund or tyre
