Balancing Problems

Good day. I have a Ford Eco Sport with Goodyear Tires with a balancing problem. The Goodyear rep expect me to by 4 new tires (R 8000) so that he can send the tires away for inspection. If the tires are faulty, they will replace it....The problem is that if they replace the tires, I will have a set that I don't need. If they do not replace it, I am still R 8000 out of pocket because the tires are still brand new. This is what I call customer service...NOT!!!!!! Please be aware
