Zero accountability

The centre cap on my wheel magically vanished while I was having my tires changed. I was told by staff "it wasn't there when you arrived" which I know for a fact it was. The reception was nice and swore they'd check the cameras yet I was met with consistent convenient delays. 5days later and no update. No accountability has been taken or concern for the issue.
