WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I am a pensioner. It took me more than a year to save up to purchase 4 new tyres for my car. I went to Goodhope tyres in Conifers/Blue Downs on the 29/03/23. Four days later one of the tyres started leaking air on the side wall. I pumped it up twice in the space of a few days. I then went back to Goodhope tyres and they refused to recognize it as their problem. They called it a "pin*****". They then added a gator to the leaking tyre, which I then had to pay a measly R50 for as they refused to fix it for free and the gator is still leaking. ( I am not an expert but I have been told that gators are not suitable for low profile tyres). A few days later the 2nd tyre had the same problem. I went back and they still refused to assist me. My son also proceeded to try and reason with management but to no avail. This cost me R4200 of my hard earned money and they refused to refund me one cent or assist me with other tyres.

I am deeply apalled by the service, and the way this was handled by management, as this is obviously a factory fault. I will never make use of this company again and i wanted to let others know of the kind of service you can expect there.
