Selling ******* (Sakamoto) and not honoring guarantee. Stay away!

I popped in at the Rylands branch in November 2021 on the market for a brand new set of tires. The representative there convinced me to take some cheap Sakamoto brand. The selling point for me was the "1 year guarantee on all new tires" as stated clearly on the receipt. Now less than four months later, the tire needs to be replaced and the guarantee is not being honored. I will take this ******* off my car, I wish I could GODSMACK them with it really. I will spend money on a proper set elsewhere. I'll never purchase from these ****** again.
