SECOND BAD EXPERIENCE AT GOOD HOPE TYRES

I do not recommend Good Hope Tyres Brackenfell at all!

When we got there we asked if we can go to the shop. We went & when we got back they called me & said if they are going to turn the bold more it is going to break. So I said its fine, I will assist just to see what exactly is going on & when I got to the bakkie the bakkie was standing on the floor with only one bold in!

So I said that is probably why its strugling & then the guy said he has been in this trade for years so he knows how it works. Then he said I must make my made up on what they must do because it is busy wasting his time.

So I continued & broke it off myself because it would have broken either way. They went ahead & did the tyres. Everything was under oil, workshop staff walking around & smearing their hands all over my bakkie's body. And I just got it cleaned the day before

Also, I had to ask where my center cap is because they did not put it back on. They also put new valves on but NO valve caps!!!!!!

This is the SECOND time Good Hope breaks my bold off!!!!

I will never waste my money, nor my time at Good Hope Tyres EVER again! Their workshop staff are rude & does not know what they are doing. Now I need to replace the bold at my own cost as well as waste my time cleaning oil smudges from my bakkie.

Very dissapointed... I'm sad that I cannot give them a 0 star rating because they aren't even worth 1 star.
