R4500 spent , disgusting service bad attitudes

1 week ago I spent 3 hours and R4500 for 4 Michelin tyres. My car felt like a truck and my perfect wheel alignment was gone , after three attempts at wheel alignment on the same day , I'm back a week later to have my old tyres put back on, can't believe the shocking service, first and last time I use them or these damn ****** tyres, just goes to show you rather use a reputable company than one who cuts corners !!!!

Another client gone of yours, but you don't seem to mind, maybe I should get the car rental company who uses you to shop as well, maybe when your business suffers financially you may want to improve your device and quality
