Poor service

I went to Dunlop zone goodhope tyres in strand, opposite the grave yard in strand.. I wanted to purchase tyres for my sister.. the Gentleman who assist me ,informed me that they don't not have stock of the tyre Size I was looking for..when I got home I give the store a call just to make sure, again if they do have stock ..than the receptionist told me that they have more than enough stock available. So I ask to speak to the manager. The manager named Shadiek told me that they do have stock...which it didn't show on they system yet...I told him I came from far and that I now need to drive all the way back again. That's bad service. He told me he apologized in behalf of the person who assisted me name " Mohammed " I told him that's bad.he gave me and attitude. So I hanged up
