Not honouring Quoted price

Goodhope Tyres ... Shocked me? Berg vliet manager does not care and no customer service !

Quoted me incorrectly on tyres and then refused to honour the price, even after I offered to pay an additional 15%, bringing the tyre price from R1080 quoted , to R1350.

On top of that, I offered to pay the balancing fee per tyre as well, but still not willing to assist.

When the manager called to explain and I asked him to honour and accept the price i offered as a middle-ground, his tone of voice became very condescending, speaking down to me and eventually telling me that I have not even been at his store, so he is not going to.

Working in retail, I am shocked that such poor service still draws business.
