No more Quality Service

Went to GHT in Belgravia to have alignment done about 2 months ago. As soon as it was done, Drove the car and the steering wheel was bad off centre so i turned around and took it back.

the Alignment guy then made me sit inside the car and hold the steering wheel straight while he adjusted something again. Now this is a first for me as i never needed to do this at any other alignment shop.

i drove the car and it was still not driving properly. but the steering was straight. went back and was told the issue is with my tires. couldnt see how as they had like 65% thread on and are continentals.

Ddnt have the time to argue so i left. 2months later, While pumping air, I noticed the inside thread looks non existent. and low an behold, the thread on inside has run off.

I took the car to Tiger Wheel and tire in century and they Checked the alignment. and the alignment was so badly set. the camber was negative and the toe angle was like this \ / slightly. so im convinced their machine is not calibrated or something cause it showed green on the print out.

and i work from home and seldom drive my car so i did not hit a pothole or anything. Lol

To correct the front and rear alignment costed a penny. But lesson learnt. Never take it to people who are not specialists in the trade.

rather take to TWT in century city to get your stuff sorted.
