Head office does not care

Two years ago a worker at the Brackenfell branch set my wheel alignment so badly that the tyre was badly worn in a very short while. After 2 years of reviving the email thread, I was assured every time that head office must respond. Up to date no one has bothered, even for a simple apology. Customer care does not exist.
