Goophope Tyres Bad quality check

Bought two brand new tyres, one had a factory damage which i experienced less than 2 km's of driving from their shop and was told to leave it behind for an investigation. two day later, was told there's nothing they could do.

Friendly and thoughtful staff members but bad overall customer satisfaction and product service warranty.. Wouldn't do business with them again.
