Goodhope Woodstock poor service and lack of management

Workshop manager is rude and arrogant. Fitted the wrong part to my car. I took me months of back and forth from one part to another replacing all sorted only to discover the part initially replaced was not the correct one for the car model. Of course the fitters don’t know any better and fit what they are told to. Not my first bad experience with Woodstock branch
