Goodhope Tyres - NEVER AGAIN

Took my well running and smooth driving car to Goodhope Tyres in Bluedowns Way for wheel alignment and rotation. They informed me if I rotate the wheels, then I need balancing as well. I gave them a go ahead to do it. I paid and left.

I noticed that my steering wheel was not properly centred. Went back the following day to let them know. They agreed to rectify it and asked that I stay inside the car and hold it still whilst they're rectifying it. Long story short, my steering wheel is still not 100% or at least it's not the way it was before I took the car to them.

Problem number two I have is that now my car vibrates between 90 & 120 km/h (haven't tested it above that). I suspect it's incorrect balancing. This was never the issue before I took the car to them.

My last problem which is my biggest, why have me in the car to help you fix a problem you created? I'm not a professional. I was there when you were messing it up and you did not involve me. Why must I be assisting in rectifying it if I'm not getting part of what I paid back? For goodness sake, I already spent on extra trip coming back to you. I'm just happy they will never get a cent from me. It's a pity they're are so conveniently located from my place of residence.

I'm truly disappointed. Would have thought this would be routine work for them. Little did I know.
