Goodhope Tyres

Bought tyres at Goodhope Tyres. A few days later one tyre bubbled. Goodhope Tyres refuse to take responsibility stating it is Dunlop's problem. In the first place. I asked Goodhope for Dunlop Steelbelts and they said I must use the other tyre called Sumitomo which is the same quality (no name brand). Goodhope Tyres refuse to replace the tyre. They claim there was impact while the tyre itself shows no proof of impact they claim it because my rim had a chip which was there from my car being ****** a year ago.
