I just want to acknowledge my gratitude to the outstanding customer service I received at Good hope Tyre Goodwood .Mark thank you so much for always putting me at ease and making sure that my car is in a innocuous condition and going the extra mile to keep your clients happy by doing the first time right as a woman we are always sacred because you do not know what the outcome will be at the end, but in this case I could be relaxed and contend because my car was IN GOOD HANDS and also by helping me find the best product that met my needs rather than just being focused on making a quick sale., Your staff and front line staff was very attentive and helpful. The employees I interacted with, know well, and were very knowledgeable about your product line and seemed genuinely interested in helping me.

Their efforts are much appreciated, I will continue to visit good hope tyres in the future, as well as recommend it to others with confidence. Please let the employees know that their efforts did not go unnoticed. You have a great team that makes customers feel respected and valued. I always walk out with a smile of joy.
